We make sure that we meet the demands of our clients, the certificates needed by third-party auditors, and the food safety laws established by American authorities. The quality of a product is crucial.

Food safety and the quality of our finished products are equally important JCG FOODS of ALABAMA LLC, and every one of our production units works hard to uphold and exceed quality standards. In specifically created regions within the production processes, we do quality control and assess if the product satisfies the set quality level.

Total Traceability

Our chicken may be tracked via JCG FOODS of ALABAMA LLC. We know the parents and grandparents of the hens, what kind of food they have had, and the procedures our facility uses to handle each unique chicken product, from the farmer to the store. We also know exactly where the chicken goes when it leaves us.

No Salmonella Is Present in Our Chickens

Salmonella is a typical intestinal bacterium found in nature. Beef, pigs, poultry, and eggs may all contain it. Additionally, some pets, raw vegetables, fruit, and fish may have the germs.
